Replacement/Refund Policy
Item Eligibility
All replacement/refund requests must be made within 7 days of your order's delivery*. Since all items sold on www.Aromasbyshaye.com are custom made to order, Aromas by Shaye will only be able to issue either a replacement or up to a 50% refund for item(s) that meet one or more of the following qualifying reasons:
-Customer is dissatisfied with the photo quality of an item
-Customer is dissatisfied with the scent of an item (see 100% Scent Satisfaction)
-Item arrived damaged
-Customer received incorrect order
-Order was shipped, but lost in transit
Replacement/Refund Process
All replacement/refund requests must be made within 7 days of your order's delivery*. A successful submission of a replacement/refund request must:
-Be made within 7 days of your order's delivery*
-Include item(s) that meet the above qualifying reasons
-Include a photo of the item(s) cut or torn in half or broken bottles (unless lost in transit)
-Include preferred solution method (Replacement / 50% Refund)
-Include replacement order details, such as new photo or new scent
Decision
Aromas by Shaye usually takes about 1-3 business days to reach a decision on a replacement / refund request and reserves the right to deny a replacement / refund request. Once Aromas by Shaye has made a ruling, the customer will receive an email regarding the decision and will contain the next steps that Aromas by Shaye will take or the reason the request was rejected.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations
All order cancelations must be made by sending an email to shayes.aromas@gmail.com (within 12 hours of the order), with the order number. Since all items sold on www.Aromasbyshaye.com are custom made to order, some actions will become unavailable as your order progresses through our system.
100% Scent Satisfaction Policy
Our 100% Scent Satisfaction policy states, " If you are not completely satisfied with the scent you selected during checkout, contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at shayes.aromas@gmail.com and we will make it right."
Process
In order to "make it right," the customer must submit a replacement / refund request here (shayes.aromas@gmail.com) within 7 days of the order's delivery*. Since all items sold on www.Aromasbyshaye.com are custom made to order, Aromas by Shaye will only be able to issue either a replacement or up to a 50% refund for item(s) if a customer is not completely satisfied with the scent, he/she selected during checkout.
*Delivery date is considered to be the date shown for the "Delivered" status on the order's USPS tracking link, provided by Aromas by Shaye via email.
